It sounds like a great anniversary trip!

Your mums are so beautiful too.

I'd love to go back to Vancouver, Canada. It's gorgeous and the weather is wonderful.

I’ve always wanted to go to Vancouver. Have never been.

It has some of the most beautiful home gardens I’ve ever seen!

Erin- For some reason, after this beautiful photojournal, what really resonated was the figs. Maybe I was hungry. And sleepy? Since the night time flight photo also stood out. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for reading, Thalia! I threw in the fig photo last minute. Glad you liked it. 😊

What a glorious adventure! Worthy of a 25th anniversary 😊 I’m totally on board with the Princess Homebody thing though…it’s so wonderful to see new sights, but I too would rather be home, and miss my garden on our rare visits away.

I’m so glad your bees made it through, and seem all set for winter! Another win 😊

I would love to go to Scotland, and to Ireland again. And like Jennifer, I’d love to go back to Vancouver—it’s been many many years since I’ve been there, and so close so I have no excuses!

It was a pretty exciting destination for an anniversary. I’d love to see Ireland someday! I went to Scotland almost 30 years ago, up around Aberdeen. Really beautiful landscape.

Cheers, fellow homebody!

I just checked my map of the British Isles, and see that Aberdeen is up in the Highlands. Yes, it must have been gorgeous 😊 I hope you get to Ireland someday!🤞
